The following is a sample itinerary for an evening wedding. This itinerary can easily be adjusted for a day wedding.

Time	Activity
6:30 - 7pm	Receiving Line Occurs as guests leave the ceremony or enter the reception site.

7pm - 8pm	Cocktail hour Drinks and hors d'oeuvres are served to guests Formal portraits are taken

8pm - 9:30pm	Meal Toasts are made before meal is served Meal is served

9:30 to end	Entertainment First Dance Dancing Cake Cutting Bouquet Toss Garter Toss Final Dance
